All charter bus operators are inspected for both intrastate and interstate transportation,
through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and must hold a satisfactory record, with the FMCSA. The rating reflects the result of an online verification of safety rating, based
on the compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), State Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, on their insurance coverage verification, their driver qualification, their drug and alcohol policy, their reference checks, their facility, and operational practices validation. All Operators licensed for interstate transport with vehicles of 16 or more passengers are insured to a minimum of $5,000,000.00 as required by the FMCSA.
