about to book, as well as the itinerary you have organized, and the driver assigned to your services complies with the regulations in force and with our safety policy.
To ensure you feel safe and confident while chartering a motorcoach, America Bus
Reservation always make sure all charter bus is licensed, insured, and strictly complies with
the Driving Regulation, safety requirements and laws monitored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the Department of Transportations (DOT), in the
United Stated and the Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations, in Canada.
When incorporating a charter bus partner, America Bus Reservation put together different
criterias and safety standards to ensure we provide you with a qualified, experienced, and
licenced charter bus driver, a well-maintained and regularly serviced vehicle which offer a
high level of comfort and safety equipment such as emergency exits, seat belts,
extinguishers, security cameras etc…
All charter bus operators are inspected for both intrastate and interstate transportation,
through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and must hold a satisfactory record, with the FMCSA. The rating reflects the result of an online verification of safety rating, based
on the compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), State Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, on their insurance coverage verification, their driver qualification, their drug and alcohol policy, their reference checks, their facility, and operational practices validation. All Operators licensed for interstate transport with vehicles of 16 or more passengers are insured to a minimum of $5,000,000.00 as required by the FMCSA.
