In order to deliver a first class service to our clients and passengers, we are committed to making your journey as pleasant as possible !

Once you submit your bus request, we’ll create a unique pricing offer that caters to your needs and send it to you for your approval within 24 hours.
There is no specific time limit to making a booking. That said, the earlier we have the detail, the better, as it will allow us to secure the best possible deal and guarantee availability.
Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to sort out the details. The exact details of our cancellation policy are available in section 6 of our terms and conditions.
  • We offer free cancellation 12 hours after your booking confirmation if the date of departure is more than 10 days from the booking confirmation.
  • If you need to cancel between 1-7 days before the date of departure, you’ll be expected to pay the full cost of the trip.
The exact amenities will depend on the size of the bus. If you’re using a motorbuses that seats 15 or more, you can typically expect the following:
  • WiFi with USB plugs
  • Restrooms
  • TV screens with DVD players
  • Microphone
  • GPS
  • A/C
  • Reclinable seats
  • Armrests
  • Footrests
Please remember that the exact amenities can change depending on the available bus. To guarantee specific amenities, please make sure to request in advance.
We can accommodate wheelchair accessibility, though this is subject to the availability of our partners with motorbuses equipped with wheelchair access. To request a bus with wheelchair accessibility, please make sure to book in advance and inform us when you submit your bus request.
Currently, America Bus Reservation accepts only bank transfers, though we are in the process of accepting card payments for all major credit cards.
We do not offer travel insurance. However, we ensure all bus partners have adequate licenses, vehicle insurance, and public liability insurance.
We are available 24/7 by phone and will provide our emergency number before you depart. You will also receive the number of your dedicated customer service partner and the Operations Department.

Every bus rental quote includes the full cost of the bus rental and driver for the specified itinerary provided by you. Taxes and tolls are typically included as well. Please note driver gratuity is not included in the bus rental quote.
Yes, real-time changes can be made directly with our Operations Department. Please note all changes are subject to availability and additional cost.
Food and beverages are typically not allowed on the bus. However, if requested in advance on special occasions, we can arrange this option with the bus partner.
We can offer special discounts for repeat customers. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have special deals for non-profits or armed forces members.
